Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every booking made with Picklers Ridge, located at A.S. Fortuna Mandaue City, Cebu, A.S. Fortuna Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). By booking, you agree to the waiver, the cancellation policy and the court rules below.
1. Waiver
Pickleball is a physical sport, and every player takes part at their own risk.
By booking or playing at Picklers Ridge, you confirm that
You are fit to play
You know of no medical condition that makes play unsafe for you.
You accept the risks of play
Including slips, falls, collisions and being struck by a ball or paddle.
Picklers Ridge is not liable for injury
Picklers Ridge is not responsible for injury sustained during play, or for personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
The person who makes the booking accepts this waiver on behalf of everyone in their group.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
All bookings are final.
Not refundable
Change of plans
Cancelling or not using a booking you have paid for.
No-shows and late arrival
Your slot ends at its booked time, however late you start.
When Picklers Ridge cannot provide your court
Facility problems
If a power outage, facility damage, a closure order or severe weather makes your court unusable, the lost hours are credited back to you and you are sent a link to rebook them.
Our mistake
If we double-book a court, charge the wrong price or make another error, we will refund you.
3. Court Rules
Non-marking indoor court shoes only
Street shoes and dark-soled shoes mark the court surface.
Keep to your booked time
Please be ready to start at the beginning of your slot, and leave the court promptly at the end so the next group can begin on time.
